Help! Oz Won't run

Ok so last night I put 02 Sensor back in bung 3in from turbo on its DP. Still no idle. Check my plug and wires. and the two boots with coil pack I had removed and just wanted to see how sparkplug would fit, result was the boot didn't hold the plug at all? Checked a boot without coil pack just normal wire and the sparkplug clicked right in and stayed. When looking at the boot w/coilpack on top, the metal pressure spring is so far up the boot.. Maybe just wrong part for my car?
Next I was trying to get my stock rom from ECU and save it away on a flash drive or safe folder and my defintions are all F**ked up. it wont read it at all.
I came to conclusion that im only getting fire in 2 cylinders since my boot(s) w/coilpack wouldn't hold the sparkplug and the metal spring inside was legit so far up the boot. These were replaced during project phase and possibly wrong part? Anyone have part# on the boots I need for 03 oz 4g94.
Im very stressed out I miss my car. Wish I could Skype call you guys or something. Thankyou for the help and ill continue to try everything you post.
Current status: Engine turns, but no start ( Possibly that boot ). ECU rom cannot be read ( Me Missing Definitions ). And I still need help with moving maps over into other roms? I don't quite understand what you mean by that. Am I in ecuflash, or just ecuflash folders?

even without tuning, using the stock ROM, the car should idle and drive...at idle and light throttle, the turbo will not spool, and the engine should operate normally...have you tried using the old coils? If you get it running, DO NOT BOOST, lol....waiting for updates...

Yeah we'll be checking up on you. The stock coils are more than enough for boosting. You do NOT need the definition for your stock rom. The stock rom will give you problems when trying to tune it for boost. So you need to download the evo 8 rom. But first let's just get your car to idle and run.

some more detailed pictures of your setup would be nice too, I just re-read the thread, and there's mention of your wastegate not being connected to the downpipe...if there's any bypass through the wastegate, your front O2 sensor won't have a clue what's going on...

Pretty much what they said. I was driving my car on my stock rim and the car idled fine. I'm guessing something is not connected right. Once all that is set then we can focus on the ecuador stuff. Sounds like a mechanical issue rather than software right now.

Engine bay pic on page 1 of post. And stock injectors till I can get her crusing down the road and ecuflash figured out. Even then I plan on running stock injectors till they are maxed. I will only be running 5 psi of boost. Stock injectors for 4g94 can last till about what hp?
