I plan one tuning, once I do way more reading on the topic. I plan on using the @RoadSpike ROM (Non-SD) While I know it's all based on the tune, what's a good PSI range the rods/pistons can handle? Some said 8 and others say 10-14. I plan on going custom exhaust, cold range spark plugs, FPR, T3 Turbo, with intercooler and external wastegate.

That's way higher than what I though! Love it! Demon_ni2 had talked about 220hp being about the max rods could handle. Did you ever run into any problems? Was this with ARP head studs?.
