4G63 manifold
4G63 manifold
Sorry to bother you guys. I read up on Endless's thread...
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...=4g63+manifold
... and I'm just curious if or if not the 4g63 turbo manifold will fit on our 4g94's. Simple question, thanks for reading. Oh, and if it won't fit, is there any other easily found turbo manifold that does.
I want to learn as much that is humanly possible before I start on my little turbo project. Hoy!

Why dont you buy a gasket for the 4G63 manifold and one for the 4G94 manifold and then compare them? I don't think anyone has a good idea if it will work, but someone needs to do it.
Buying costs money, asking is free. Thanks for your responses and recomendations, however. I managed to find a 4g93 exhaust at a junkyard and I'm still haggling with the dude. I want FREE goddammit. But he's insisting I pay 75 for a manifold off of a wrecked 97 (i think 97) mirage with 70k+ miles on it.
Anyways, I plan to take this manifold, and determine whether its in good enough condition to work with to convert into a turbo manifold for my Lancer. If its not, it was suggested to me that I find some mild steel and perhaps mill out the same design.
At this point, I will see if I can find a 4g63T manifold in good enough condition that I can use for easy piping to weld onto the milled out steel block, or the mirage manifold (if the condition is good). Regardless, I need to wait for the 4g93 manifold to check out the condition. It's nice having a college machine shop at your disposel for good welding and precision metalwork.
What do you guys think?
edit: I forgot to mention, I'm trying to spend as little cash as possible

I don't know if the 4g93 NA manifold is a good platform to work with. I do believe it's a bit small to the Lancer factory manifold.

chk this link. It has a 4g93T TC manifold. Looks like a 4g63T but a bit shorter to line up with the smaller block.

You could just keep the stock manifold and fab the up down pipe like road races kit has that isn't to difficult if you have a welder. Well good luck with the search i kind of allready went through that process but in the end i just made my own kit. You can check out the picts under my info.

Got a lead on some evo turbo parts and such, but need to figure out the mani situation.
Anyone buy the aussie mani yet and try it out?
I'll get to looking today and find some prices, just for craps and smiles.
Would it make a good "starter" turbo kit? I'm not looking to mod the engine yet, and am probably only going to hit 7lb of boost MAX (if that), just looking for some pep out of the daily driver without spending $3k+.
