I really like the Megan Racing guages because they're really bright at night, and they're black when they're off. That way shady people can't see what I have. As far as they know, there could be 3 compasses or sumthin..lol.
I put the panel and guages in there, but I had the dealership in Tacoma do the wiring because I don't have much time nowadays. I think it only took them like a couple of hours total. The thing that took the longest was the oil pressure guage, where they needed to find a fitting for the block.

Just FYI about the DIN panel. There are a lot of places with the DIN panel, but the 42 Draft Designs one of made of aluminum. Just a precaution to be aware that there may be other made of plastic. If you don't care, then go for it....but I personally like the aluminum.

I don't really want something bright shining in my eyes when I'm driving down dark roads at night. Don't suppose there's any way of dimming them at night?
Quick update on the Megan Racing gauges: I PM'd everyone I saw that had the gauges, and the general consensus is that they are fairly visible in daylight and not overly bright at night since they do hook into the dimmer switch.
All gauges came with all necessary hardware/sending units except the oil pressure gauge, which does require a sender.

My final plan is to buy the special kit being made and relocate the climate controls to the bottom section, then put 3 megan gauges in the bottom of the 2 dins, and in the top put an alpine flip out screen. Anyone with the same idea?
