I got jl w7s but they are pricey.

jl w3 or w6s are good for the money
or kicker or alpine.

my good friend has some mtx's in his car that are cheap as hell and sound pretty nice when he has them on ... which isn't to often. I think he's running 2 12's on about a 600 watt amp.

bought the only time I hear him is when he pulls up. (me being in the house)

jl's are good, but i think people way overrate them.

 

hey, listen to clairons new flat piston subs. 12s are 120 a sub, 10s 99 bucks. and they pound. dead serious. a friend owns a stereo shop, i hear lots of subs, these are best thump for the buck imo
