I haven't heard of this. I might have been living under a rock. Can you give a few details on where I can look at this?

It is made by a company called Gauge Tech, the guys name is Kevin. I took the controls and LED off the circuit board and made a new button control panel that takes the place of the IC spray button since it isn't needed. I then put LED's in visible locations for warnings.

I just cut a big hole behind the shifter and glassed it to allow a good viewing angle with no glare. The unit is mounted to the lower console where I made the recess that holds the display. It powers off of the cig lighter 12V since it is gone.

I have an Audio Control IASYS analyzer. It provides full frequency time, phase response and amplitude plotting. My speakers are the reason I can pull off what I've got with analog (no delay) processing. The tweeters have a large chambered billet rear housing. The xover point is 910Hz @ 24db slope. This is not something you should do with a speaker meant to xover @ 4.5Hz.

My 6.5" uses a silk cone with a huge motor structure. It only needs to play up to 750Hz and it is fast. Since the mid mount wasn't going to change, I measured the time response and mounted the tweeters at the correct height ans axis to have the same arrival times. This was done L tweeter/Mid and R tweeter/Mid as the L/R difference is still around 10%. Setting phase properly eliminates the side bias.
