What do you guys think about the remanufactured in dash cd/dvd units. I can get one for 700 or so and they retail for 2,500. Tell me what you guys think. or

I say read the warranty before you buy it. If it has the manufacture’s warranty buy it… also from the savings you’re getting I would suggest getting a supplemental warranty as well. You’re saving a bundle so what the hell right? Consider it extra insurance.

Just a side story: I bought a refurbished laptop and it had the manufactures 3 year warranty on it and the screen burned out one year after I purchased it. Because Dell couldn’t replace the screen they replaced the whole system free of charge and all I had to do was pay shipping… pretty sweet
