Here is my system line up:
1 Rockford fosgate 1000 watt amp, powering 2 HE2 12' rockfordfosgate subs (with a digital monster cable cap)
1 Kenwood 640 watt amp, powering 6 speakers, 4 6 1/2 and 2 tweaters. 6 1/2 in the front of the car are rockford fosgate component speakers with tweaters, and the 6 1/2 in the rear are pioneer.

I haven't done an "offical" test, however I live in Arizona and there are some places where there is just farmland. You can hear the hits for a little over 3/4 of a mile (Playing THX - Bass Test).

 

nice set up man, make sure to tweek it to its finest, if u have a pioneer deck u have that hidden menu after you hold a certain button down for awhile.

 

Never knew about a hidden menu...I've been tweaking with the amp and the deck. I have it sounding PERFECT inside the car, but never did know there was a menu I could go into.
