Question Installing new headunit in 08 lancer es

hey guys

Ive just bought myself a pioneer DEH-P6050UB headunit. And im gunna order a scosche dash kit.

My Current System is
Stock headunit
Front Speakers: Kicker KS602 with splits - 90RMS
Rear Speakers: Kicker KS600 - 90RMS
Amp for Sub: Kicker KS400.1 - 400 watt output
Subwoofers: 2 12" Kicker Comps 300 RMS

SHORT STORY
I need to know what wires to tap into to hook up the new head unit. what colours ect.

About the rest:
Ive seen on ebay for like $29-$39 but when i hit the scosche website they're sellin them for like $59. Is these ones on ebay like fakes or anything? ive heard people saying that the people from ebay bought these in bulk therefore they are able to sell them cheaper. if you have any oppinions let me know.

Now to the main point. Im gunna get the stereo installed professionally, but im the person that is really tempremental about my car, this being my first car and me being only 16 i get pissed if anything happens to my car and i wanna make sure the guy does it propley and wont have an excuse if he screws it up.

I have all the stereo wiring diagrams for the stock headunit. but i cant make any sence of it. Ive already taken out the headunit once before so i could the hook up the aux plug and when i looked on the back of the headunit there is 2 plugs that plug into it. If the new headunit is being hooked up is this something that the installer would be confused about.

So if anyone has hooked up an aftermarket head unit in the 08 lancer these are the colours i need to know to hook up the new head unit. if you dont think i need some of these wires let me know. These are the colours on the harness of the new headunit

Yellow: Connect to the constant 12V Power Supply
Red Connect to terminal controlled by ignition switch (12V DC)
Orange/white: Connect to lighting switch terminal
Black: Chassis ground (obvious)
Yellow/black: Mute - I dont think i need this...

Speakers

Front Left Speaker
White - Positive
White/black - negitive

Rear Left Speaker
Green - Postive
Green/black - Negitive

Front Right Speaker
Gray - Postive
Gray/black - Negitive

Rear Right Speaker
Violet - Positive
Violet/black - Negitive

I also have the RCA for the subs but thats obvious.

I know its alot of info but If anyone can shed some light on what wires to connect to to hook this system up that would be much appreciated.

Thanks Guys

YOu need to order a harness from either scosche *(if they make one) or metra (they make one for sure) . the harness should have the wireing code color on the packaging.

also about the scosche dash kit

go hereif you are unsure about the ebay ones.

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...+-+MI3019.html

i ordered mine off ebay, no problems . they are cheaper than scosches online price because the online price is the MSRP, distributors / authorized resellers get these things from scosche for MUCH cheaper, Probably like 60% off or something.

Should i get the wiring harness because i dont plan to put the old one back in. even if i do, ill get my installer to keep the stock harnesses and ill hook it back up myself if i need to.

do you know the colours of the power, illumination ect on the stock harness?

I know i probley shouldnt worry about what colours what because its being proffessionally done but i just wanna make sure everything works out

thanks

if you are getting it installed professionally at a shop, you will be required to buy a harness anyways. stop worrying, they are called professionals for a reason. a radio install is probably the simplest thing they do on a daily basis. you will be fine and it will be hooked up right

oh and about those 2 plugs, the smaller one is for bluetooth if you have it, so you will lose that.

nah i dont have bluetooth so im not worried about that. when i actuley purchused the radio the installer said it would make his job easier if he had the harness but it didnt really matter. ill pick one up anyway just to be safe
