what kind of audio setup do you have?

i was wondering how everyone has set up their systems in their lancers. i was gonna run a four channel amp to the stock speakers, have another amp for the sub and replace the head unit. eventually when i save enough money i'll buy new speakers. does anyone have the same kind of set up? how does it sound? who's got the most advanced system??

id check the power ratings on the stock speakers and or get a low watt amp, if you plan on running it to your stock speakers.

DO NOT AMP the Factoty speakers I was boging them aout with just my alpine headunit. If you are interested in a good system your best bet is to also start with a good headunit (i recomend alpine) after that then you can get subs and finnaly tweak out your highs when you get the money. I have over $4,000 invested ion my stereo in my 02 oz and it sounds great but have fun getting rid of the rattle it is horrable. Check out my personal forum and you will see eveything i have.

Well I believe there is someone who has around 10K of electronics inside their Lancer. I'm running a Pioneer DEH 8400MP 1 Eclipse Titanium 2 JL Audio 500/1 Monoblock amps and the old Pioneer Coaxes all around. Soon I'll be finishing it off by running 8 10" subs in the trunk and installing the new PRS competition Pioneer Premier component system running off of a GM-X562

EDIT: See my Recipe For Destruction
