Hi guys, I'm looking for help with my girlfriends 09' Lancer GTS.

I have scoured the Web before posting here bc I could normally find the answer somewhere but not for this unfortunately.

She has a MMCS unit with no Aux port in the cubby. The car seemed like it came factory with the HU. The RF package with Navi is installed... Sub in the trunk, sirus/xm.. Ect...

After reading I understand that the MMCS unit may have been installed after the factory by the dealer. All I need help with is where can I splice into the Unit to create a Aux connection? I found stickys with instructions but they were for non MMCS units. Any suggestions or links to a walk through would be appreciated so I can help her out please. Thanks

 

If your system is the same as mine, when you open up the screen (as if you would be putting a CD in), there should be an aux port under the screen in the left-hand corner.

However, it is a stupid place to put the port because when you close the screen, the fascia then blocks the port.
