Knock and Flutter

I've noticed a few days ago that my BOV had started fluttering like it was surging; I hope not. It's the Bosch BOV that came with the RRM Stage 2 Kit. How do I adjust it? Also, as I was logging, I had 15* of knock at 5967rpm! This was using Mitsulogger. I don't have my log run with me at the moment but I know I have to retard my timing. These issues might be because of the weather change but I just want to make sure if that's the case.
