what kind of hp and tourque pick up am i looking at for the performnce flash..and if any one alredy has on, is it worth it??

so Works flash > RRM piggy? They wouldnt be able to work together right one would override the other basically? And if Works, is it ideal to send a list of mods for the flash? because i wanna redo a lot to the car once warrenty is up, keeping fully N/A but rework everything, so if sending the list is better ill just wait to install all at one time instead of doing little now witha flash and more later.
