First off I'm cutting you a break by not giving you a street racing infraction. Clearly you did not go to the track for this since there isn't a track long enough to get a Lancer up to 132 MPH. Secondly, you drive a Lancer, it's not a sports car and it wasn't designed to go that fast.

ahhh get over urself 4g...the law (driving related) is there for stupid people with bad judgement ,who dont pay attention, who cant make smart decisions on their own, its a precaution...im safe, i know what im doing and i know what risks IF ANY i face with what i do. i've been thru the wreckless stage, and ive got the scars to prove it. live n learn

btw from what ive been told 132 isnt vehicular manslaughter, if u go double speed limit its considered wreckless driving..i dont know about that high of a speed tho

On public roads it means exactly that. Public roads are completely uncontrolled environments, you have other drivers, hazards, animals, etc. Going fast in an uncontrolled environment is by definition unsafe.

 

lol dude how much cna u really control an environment, it still rains at the track...listen, if theyre are not cars, ur on a freeway, u KNOW ur environment, or even if u didnt..i hate to take this into another realm but i got to cuz thats how i live..its called the now moment..u feel like u wanna do sumtin, but theres fear, unknowns, and ur mind will always get in the way, thats what it does, but u go forward, and sumhow things jus fall into place like a puzzle solving itself for u, thats how i live, thats how i drive. i know what im capable of and what this car is capable of, ive tested it in the safest envirnonment i could have..the deserted canyons 3-4am on a weeknight alright, i know its limits and i got it out of the way early when i got the car so one day when i decided to go for it id know when to stop.

THATS why laws r somewhat irrelevant to a responsible person who takes these things into account
