It's not a simple, direct swap. But I would be more concerned with your auto trans not holding the power you want to make. Auto trans can't hold power past ~250hp or so. You're better off doing a manual trans swap right now to get it out of the way before you get too involved with the turbo and engine work.

That ~250hp estimate I gave was WITH a Level Ten converter. One guy here fully built his motor for 300hp+ but got stuck around 250 so he sold his converter and swapped to manual. He made around 325whp after that.
