Ok guys so I was talking to burner and it seems like everyone on here is having a few issues with the tephra map. I did at a point but then it just went away not sure how? But here is what I was thinking

Has anyone tried using the stock evo 8 rom but a modified version....

heres my idea

can you go into notepad and enter in the ecu ?perphery? to keep the check engine light from coming on.

and just enter a spot in for the knock light


so pretty much it would be a shorter version of the tephra but since the lancer and evo 8 roms have almost the same characteristics from what I have seen. This should solve the 399 maf swap issue, Idling issue, and knock issue at a point.


The only thing you would need to do is lower the timing a bit to keep your engine from knocking

 

You know what would be easier is just redoing the xml so you don't see the tables you can't adjust anyhow.

Then making a set of base maps for the lancer community with an xml to use them you can just attach those to this thread if you wanted.
