Both evo and ralliart turbo parts will bolt on. You'll have to worry about oil feed/return, downpipe(either mod evo/ralliart dp or custom), ecu, and bunch of other stuff involved in converting NA to turbo.

I'd suggest you get a bit more familiar with turbos, how they work, what's involved... before you make any decisions. You can find more info on boosting lancers on projectlancer. There was a whole a lot more info in 9glancers but it's been down for a while now. Here's a list of parts you'll need (not a complete list, but most of it is there):

- Evo X / Ralliart Turbo Manifold
- Evo X/ Ralliart Turbo

Stock X turbo WG is set to 11 psi, Ralliart - 7 psi.
Some say it is safe to run 7 psi, some went 10-11 psi without any issues on a stock motor. RRM kit pushes 7 psi. I would go X Turbo with Kinugawa Adjustable Turbo Wastegate Actuator and set of different springs. Or good manual boost controller.

- Evo X/ Ralliart O2 Housing
- Evo X/ Ralliart Downpipe

Like I said, it's not a direct fit. You'll have to take it to the shop to get modified or make a custom dp.

- Evo X / Ralliart Intake
- Evo X / Ralliart Intercooler
- Evo X / Ralliart IC Piping

All piping fits, the only part that you'll need is 135 degree elbow from lower pipe to throttle body. Throttle body on lancers sits at a different angle.

If you're going with ralliart turbo then you'll have to stick with ralliart parts above.

- Evo X Injectors
- Evo X Fuel Pump
- Evo X ECU / Stock ECU with Evo X ROM
- Evo X MAP Sensor
- Evo X MAF Sensor

With both stock and x ecu you will have DTCs/CELs. Stock ECU with X ROM will throw P0365. Because of that MIVEC will not work. No one has found a way to get rid of it yet, unless you get X ECU. Both ECUs will also throw P0098 IAT sensor, P0242 and P0243 Boost control solenoids. To fix that you'll have to install these:

- Evo X IAT Sensor
- Evo X Dual Boost Control Solenoid

seabass wrote a How-To on swapping ECUs and fixing DTCs.
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/la...na-lancer.html

- Blow-Off Valve

If you're gonna get an aftermarket one, make sure it's recirculating.

- A/F Wideband Sensor and Gauge
- Boost Gauge
- Tactrix Openport 2.0 and EcuFlash for flashing ROMs and tuning
- Misc bolts, nuts, hoses, lines

The entire build will cost you about $3k just for parts, plus some labor(a lot of labor if you're not installing it yourself), plus someone will have to tune it properly - about $500.

Do a LOT of research, before you jump the gun. Check out projectlancer for starters.

Manual all the way my buddy who has a Mustang suggested buying parts towards my kit and parts I can install in the interim I know there is some great guides on project Lancer, can anyone help me compile a full list of mods I should get in order, some installable some to wait until full kit. I want to run 7lbs of boost so ralliart turbo probably my best bet.

I think the only thing you can do before the kit is complete is weld a bung to your oil pan for oil return line and put a cap over it... That's about it. Other than that, you pretty much have to get all the parts and slap em on together. For a full list you'll have to do some homework. The list I gave you is about 80% of what you'll need. The rest is misc gaskets, bolts, nuts, hoses(water lines, oil feed/return), fittings, etc. Compile couple of guides from project lancer(parts-wise) and see what's missing to make everything work. You've done a miata, you know the drill. Get yourself a lancer shop manual(it has all models including evo and ralliart), see how evos turbo setup.

Can I use evo camshaft? Or ralliart? Or should I buy specific for my car?

You can put evo cams in. But you'll need someone who can tune stock ecu
