awesome.. thanks guys.. the gasket is 9.00 at a dealer.. that kinda sucks, but hey.. its gotta be bought! thanks for all the tips about install.. I will probably end up using an electric impact to do the install.. hopefully all goes well! I'll post pics of the install!

if you dont have a torque gun, you most likely dont have air

Be careful with the impact gun. I think the side of the cat you are messing with has the studs and nuts. One of my nuts froze up and started turning the whole stud out of the cat. Just spray some WD-40 on them and let it sit for a while. When you put the nuts back on, be sure to use only hand tools, as they don't require a lot of torque to tighten.

Alright. will do.. This is my first mod to my new Lancer OZ, so hopefully all goes well.. I'll try to do some sort of write up to post in the how-tos and installs.. I wanna be as helpful as possible even though i'm new to this deal! This site is definitely the best "repair manual" available!
