Too bad that's impossible to do. You can't just swap in a MAP sensor. If it were that easy, the HKS VPC would never have been invented.

You won't switch to MAP without switching to an EMS or other such stand-alone management.

when you say i didn't reset it what do u mean, i unhooked the battery the entire time so my entire electrical system would reset should i have done/ go do something else ?

no, unhooking the battery should take care of it. but something else i have heard is that after you reset it you ned to start the car without hitting the gas and let it idle for a while before touching the gas.
