Nope. Block will be much smaller. I think the 93s ran a 1.5L and 1.6L, but I am probably wrong. Various sensors and such may be the same, but I doubt the intake manifold and the head are the same.

Can you even use the '93 Mirage IM? If it's not a 1.8l I'm gonna say no, and if it's not oriented the same way, I'm gonna say no again. I could be wrong, but I don't think you're gonna get anything you'd actually want to use. 97+ are very similar, but prior...I doubt it.

Oh. In that case... The head is the same, the valvetrain I believe is the same, the cam is different, the cam position sensor is different, the cam gear is the same. That's all I can think of ATM.

i think 97 are solid and then 98+ are hydro or something like that. I pm dave(mitsiman) about this and he told me that the lifters might be solid depending on the year... when a mirage guy drops in he will know for sure.

andrew dont forget about the exhaust manifold and im. exhuast manifold will be a lil short though.

I assumed this question have been answered here before, but since we're talking about '4g93 parts, does the '93 piston/rods will fit '94 block?

I didn't forget about the exhaust manifold or the throttle body, but I don't see any benefit to swapping out for those so I didn't mention them.

No. Different bore and stroke.

Exhaust manifold would be better. It's a tubular header (yes, stock).

TB is much smaller, as far as I can tell.

tbs are 50mm and have different wiring harnesses for everything (TPS, etc.)
Obviously the IM works the head would probably swap, but it would be a stock replacement if it did, same thing for the cam gear. I believe they are solid lift adjusters vs. our hydraulic (IIRC a conversation with AirQuez) and they may have a method of adjusting them that ours wouldn't (because they're supposed to be self adjusting).

That's all I can think of right now.

Hybrids, yes there are. Stock, no they are not. However, the 4G92 MIVEC intake manifold fits and works great.
