Take a picture of that header flange for me. I'd love to see how it turned out.

on the shaft that goes through the turbo there is a bushing and some other hardware depending on the type of the turbo that keeps oil from leaking into the exhaust and keeps the oil in the housing where it should be, lubricating everything inside the turbo not outside.

Damn, that's alot of oil. Actually the exhaust side of the turbo shouldn't get any oil at all. IT should just have carbon build up. Is it a mix of oil and coolant or just oil?

Naw, it's fine, nothing serious happen to it. Just to have to replace the oil ring of the turbo, probably I'll finish by Saturday and boost again.

replacing the oil ring will be more work than u think im dredding to take my turbo apart to replace mine! and hope that when u have it apart that none of the other pieces are damaged , but when u try to buy that oil ring/seal u will notice u have to buy a rebuild kit so u might as well replace everything that comes with the kit and hope u dont have clogged oil passages in the turbo. The cheapest kits ive seen are on ebay.

YEAH THATS WHY HE NEEDS TO REBUILD THE TURBO CAUSE THERE ISNT SUPPOSED TO BE OIL LEAKING INTO THE EXHAUST HOUSING OF THE TURBO!!!! THATS WHY WE ARE ALL TALKING ON THIS THREAD RIGHT NOW!!

Well, I took it apart, taking the clip ring wasn't that bad and replaced the oil ring. The technician at my work said that the oil is leaking because of the oil return passage, it overflowed and causing to make it leak. Everything look fine, the turbine wheel and the shaft are in perfect condition, and so as the other parts of the turbo, so I assumed there is nothing to worry about which is good.

I even used the CUDA Washing System to clean the parts and result was awesome, nice and clean (I'll post pics of it later).
