cat coverter

I'm working on putting a new exhaust on my 02 lancer oz and I wanted to know the specs on the high flow cat converter that I should look for. How helpful is it to drop the two stock converters and put a high flow in? Should I just take off one instead and don't even worry about a high flow converter and run the pipes back from there? Also, what size pipes and exhaust should I use?

Thanks

1. The only stock one you can replace with a high flow is the second, the first is in the exhaust manifold and can only really be replaced with a header (ie no cat at all).
2. Check out RRM, they sell a nice high flow cat thats bolt in
3. Best for piping is 2.25
