thanks it's a long road but it will yeild the conifdence i'm looking for in my lancer.

I am always late since I dont check this board everyday... if you are having tons of lag problems, then compression is not your worry. You probably have too big of a turbo if you are having lag issues. I had a full hybrid T3/T4 and I hit full boost by about 3100 RPMs. Lowering the compression is a good way to go tuning wise, but I wouldnt go past about 8.8:1 ... that is where I find you start sacrificing torque for horsepower.
