Except they're not the same engine. Do they share components? Yes, but they are still different, as evident by the modifications needed to make things like the intake manifold and header fit like the stock pieces. I am basically saying that they are given different engine codes (4G94 and 4G93) for a reason. I am still doubtful that this header will give better gains than the RRM, RPW, or kamikaze units. One thing to remember is you also have a downpipe, so realistically you are not only comparing two different engines you are comparing two different mods.

You're in for a huge surprise if and when you actually start doing this turbo upgrade. I believe omarboy had "connections" but somehow I'm fairly certain hes spent more than 100$. You have to pay to play, and even with a great discount it still adds up. Its not like RRM and RPW mark up the price that much (at least not from 100$ to 4000$).

Noones told me yet tho, should I use the Stocker or a High Flow in this case, since I have 2.5" piping?

Just put the stock cat on, you don't have enough mods to warrant a high flow unit yet.

obviously you haven't done your homework. Just to get you started here's a little taste of what you need:

-oil lines, fittings
-custom intercoolerpiping
-injectors
-FPR
-turbo manifold or Up/downpipes
-bov/wastegate
-lots of hose couplers/hose clamps
-airfilter

just as a rough sketch there is no way u could get that stuff all for $100, Unless you stole it or someone is giving you 'made in taiwan used and abused parts'

I don't want to bash on you CityKnight but you really need to do some reading. If you don't know why 4-2-1 exhaust manifold is better than 4-1 then you shouldn't be creating your own custom turbo setup UNLESS, you have a lot of help. Good luck with everything, and if you need help you know where to look for it. Just don't assume everyone is going to flame you.

it wont cost you 4000 if you go custom, but it sure as hell will be much more than $100.

Well considering he's shooting for some 400hp, my guess is very quickly.

This is a good example why people get flamed. They bring it down on themselves.
I'm still interested in the header. Can you take some more pics of the whole setup? And REVIEW in details. Contribute some information to evom.net members.

CityKnight just brings himself down. he comes in trying to prove he knows he's talking about, and in the process of trying to prove that, he just shows us he doesn't know what he is doing. its self ownage.

btw-hows the exhaust?
