what about the accolade sport parts spacers they are made of phenol resin laminate if anyone is using these can you let me know if I need anything else as far as gaskets go... I really appreciate all the help guys
Should be fine. Not sure how good the spacers work but if that is what you want then go for it. Someone like, the phelonic spacer manufacturer should dyno the spacers. Seem to me they are in the same class as grounding wire kits.

I was one of the first on the list when Boe was trying to make them. But as far as the spacers go they reduce the heat transfer from the engine to the intake mani and in theory keep the air at a lower, constant temp thus preventing any loss in HP that might occur if the Intake Manifold were to heat up. In short, the spacers keep the engine running on cooler air. While it doesn't add HP, it, in theory, keeps the engine running at peak by not allowing the the Intake Manifold to heat up.
I would say that if you are going to get the TB and the Intake Manifold it would be a good idea to put on new gaskets at the very least, just because you are there and it is an easy swap out, might as well right? If you go the extra step and put the phelonic spacers on they do a good job, never need to be replaced, and, in theory, keep your engine running at a cooler temp.
And to echo some of the others on the subject: Don't buy a ported Lancer Mani. Just get at Mirage Mani and port it yourself, it's actually more effective then the Lancer design to begin with and more effective ported then the lancer. And cheaper. And as for the bored TB, it is a effective way to increase throttle response and couples very well with a ported IM.

Oh one more thing while replacing a gasket: don't forget to get some gasket maker and apply that to the Intake Manifold. It will help insure a snug seal and prevent leaks. You can get it at any auto store. Don't go over board with it though as it does stain clothes and is a ***** to get off your hands. Also, after riding a bit with your new IM check the tightness of the bolts to make sure they are tight. Sometimes things loosen up after you drive for a bit. Had that happen to me with my exhaust.
