RRM intake manifold and throttle body ?s

I know this is knocking the product... but doesn't that phenolic one look like as@ on the inside bore? It looks like someone just took a reamer to the inside to open it up. Like it was done on a bench by hand. I'd have figured they'd be CNC'ing these.
Sorry it's not sealing for you... guess they didn't know that the Mirage TB is different than the Lancer TB. Kind of a big OOPS. Hit up RPW and they will hopefully get things corrected for you. May take some time since they are in Australia though.
Good luck. For now i'd just put the regular gasket back in and run without that spacer. Just disconnect the coolant lines to the TB and your temps on it will go down bigtime. Just loop one to the other and bam... you're done.

I have spoke to someone at RPW but they want a pic of the throttle body now that I have sent them that pic of the spacer I had to buy a new stock gasket in order to get my car back togeather since its my daily driver
I don't want to or have the time to take my car back apart so if anyone has a good pic of the IM side of the throttle body could you please post it or send it to me one way or another I would greatly appreciate it ...
is that safe to do with the coolant lines?

coolant lines looping is fine... it's a warm up feature used for cold climates. However it will not hurt the car in anyway. I have never seen any ill effects in cold weather either. I grew up in NY and did this to many cars. It's an old trick.

I don't know what they are trying to get at...... it seemed kind of odd to me I mean you can obviously see by the pic of the gasket that there is something wrong... IMO but I don't know
...... thats it I'm only dealing with RRM from now on

It's probably simple... RPW has had some issues before where they try to use Mirage parts on the Lancer. Some things are the same and some are not.
Their exhausts didn't work out right on the lancer as the midpipe was different. They've since corrected that. The cams in the mirage are different than the lancers... They've since made some changes to the cams for better application in the lancer. This looks like the same thing... they used the mirage spacers and the lancer is different.
Looks like your just one of the first guys so it wasn't caught yet. I've seen a couple others so you're not alone.
Sorry this had to happen to you...

I still gotta wonder... Why did they need to see a picture of the TB? Don't they have one? Didn't they base the design off of it or did they just figure a mirage Spacer would work? It just makes no sense that a picture will show them anything more than the stock gasket would.
Do you understand where i'm coming from? It just doesn't make any sense what they are having you do. It seems like a stall or something.
