Exclamation Problem Spark Plugs Coil? CEL

about 2 months ago my car had cel on random multiple cylinder misfire
they told me it was probably the spark plugs so i got the maganacore wires from RRM and i got NGK Iridium Spark Plugs the car ran good but about a week later the Check Engine Ligth came on again so i went back to discount auto parts and again random multiple cylinder misfire i told them to erase the code about 2 days later the CEL came again and i have noticed the car more weaker like if it doesnt react like before its more slower and i also notice a ticking electric sound in the engine someone please tell me whats wrong?

You signature says you have the piggyback. I'll assume it's version 2 and I'll assume you did not use the search function.

Now mods, please close/delete this useless thread.

Take out the magnacores and use copper plugs, check all of your wiring on your piggy and reset your computer (remove negative battery terminal) then re run it through the initial driving programming.

I also noticed that the differance with a CAI vs a SRI and the piggyback were night and day, once I threw on my CAI my idle smoothed out a lot and the car pulled harder.

Just my suggestions though

All the answers have been posted countless times.

You might wanna change the plastic boots that connect the coils to spark plugs. A lot of people fortget about them, only $15.00 each at the dealership. Oh, and there is a sticky thread on the top somewhere by comatose, you will find everything there about misfire. He did an awesome job putting it all together, just check it out.

A Cel elimination wont fix your problem, just turn off your light.

So you are misfiring, you got the wires, plugs, but there are two more components: 2 coils and 2 boots on the bottom of the coils. It connects the coils to the two spark plugs.
