just use the search button and you'll find out tons of stuff. with a lancer "decent" is a very relative term. first post what you want out of your car, and then people will prob be able to help more. congrats on the purchase though!

Auto tranny, try <105 whp. Best mod hands down (besides F/I) is the Spilt Second V.2 piggy.

hey everyone thanks for the replies, i come to terms with the slowness as ive read many times that the only way to get any real power is going FI which with an auto tranny i really cant afford to do. i was hoping though to be able to make a few mods that would get me around the 175 hp range, i was thinking maybe a intake and headers to start off with but wouldnt know exactly where that would get me and where to go from there, any ideas?

http://www.accoladesportparts.com/Productline.asp

check this site as well. Its a company based in USA (Accolade) that brings RPW's parts over from Aus. Great stuff there as well. N/A is a money pit from what ive read.

Intake
ported throttle body
ported intake manifold
header
high flow 2.25" exhaust
aluminum pulley
Piggyback
light weight wheels (if you want some looks and some accel)
Great tires
Coilovers.

That is kinda what im planning on doing. to start off with at least. I know people can add and if you search you will find a lot of info.

NA definitely has its advantages (don't need to run 91 or 93 octane for one) but for peak power I think turbo really is the only option. It all depends on how deep your wallet is and how great your desire is to make a lancer reasonably fast.
