Oxygen Sensor Question

I just installed my RPW header and downpipe, and RRM Magnaflow cat, but the positioning of the O2 Sensors is a bit odd... The RPW downpipe has a bung almost at the very end of it, inches from the cat. And the RRM has a bung on the Cat like 4 inches from the one on the down pipe... I cannot imagine the two are going to read anything different... Is this going to cause any problems?... Just curious... I have yet to hook the plugs of the O2, because the one on the down pipe needs to be extended, and I was unable to remove the one on the old cat, so I am going to pick up a new one in a little bit...

Any input on this would rock... Thanks guys..

Steve

Best idea - flip the cat around so the O2 sensor comes after the cat material. You have to extend the wiring about 15" to do it, but it'll clear up any CEL/SES issues.

I just picked up a universal bosch o2 sensor and it has like an 18"+ cable with it, so that will work out... I am bored today, so I am going to go ahead and swap the cat... I let you know how everything turns out...

Thanks.... It was pretty cake actually... And the cable is long enough to reach all the way inside where the plug is... Now I just have to extend the other O2 cable and everything should be good... Thanks again...
