You should of put it on the dyno before putting the parts on and the put back on the dyno afterwards.

Not a whole lot. Probably a couple HP, but nothing major.

We can't give you a solid number. Car modifications don't work that way. Everything is different, every car is different, every dyno is different.

The intake giving you 4-5 is basically a lie. It's what the vendor says so n00bs will buy it.

Since I have all the above but have never dyno'd my car. I would say, off the top of my head, maybe about 10hp?

my car only feels quicker and shows ***** towards the high end of the revolutions.

I think 10 is really pushing it. One thing people need to remember is that not every modification adds power at the same spot so asking "how much HP did I add?" is completely meaningless as it depends on what part of the powerband you're referring to.

10 HP aint happening on our cars with those mods. Overall, 5 if youre lucky. What you did do was opening the power curve up a bit . . . "where" youd have to chart on a dyno.

its all about how it feels to you man! bolt ons dont make impressive numbers on our cars, but they do make a difference. especially if you can do several at once. i know thats not possible for most folks but in the end its worth holding out.

to many times i've read on here about people loving the way their car feels, then being dissapointed by dyno numbers.

if you feel an adequate difference, then thats what matters. besides, peak horsepower should'nt be one's goal, but increasing power across the effective rev range. this is what makes the difference in how your car feels compared to stock.

sorry for sidestepping the question, just my 2 pennies

bolt-ons really dont do much except for a more responsive throttle response and yea...SOME hp gains but not dramatic at all. dont be one of those ricers on the road who think they can race every car and beat 'em with just bolt-ons
if you really want noticeable hp gains...just go the forced induction route. dont waste you're money on intake/header if you plan on goin turbo.

Just keep throwing money at it. It'll make power eventually.

the key to making power with bolt ons is a good TUNE

^True, but a tune is costly and won't really do all that much on our NA motors.

bolt ons "wake the car up" nicely, though. no they dont compare to FI but not everyone goes for the big money setup. its just overly obvious to say 'eh spend 5 grand, turbo it, then it'll be fast'.
bolt ons might make not make the car 'FAST', but it will make the car less lethargic.
