Nice job! I have an CEL elim but mine is not on. I need to put it on but can't. It's seized to the cat.
How did you get the o2 off the cat? Did you do it yourself? Any advice?

Yeah use a 22 mm wrench, drive the car so the exhaust gets nice and hot this should help get it out. if this does nor work let it cool off a little and hit it with pb blaster or wd-40. I hope this helps.
I'm not exactly sure what setups all you guys are using, but here's the low down. Our cars have 2 o2 sensors, the one used for engine control (in the header) and another used to diagnose the cat that was in the header. When you put an aftermarket header in you remove the cat and if you don't do something about the second o2 sensor you get a CEL.
I'm guessing most of you already figured this part out.
One way to fix this problem is to get something like the RRM CEL eliminator which removes the rear o2 sensor from the exhaust flow making it read less o2 and not through the CEL. In my opinion this is not a good way to solve the problem. A better solution (the one I use) is to have an exhaust sensor bung welded behind the second cat and move the second o2 sensor to that. Obviously this won't work if you have a test pipe, but if you still have a cat it is much more reliable than the CEL eliminator.
Hope this helped.

I just got mine out of the dealership and my mech told me that the code I was throwing wasn't for the sensor itself, but for the heater element inside it. I don't know if this has anything to do with yours, but I thought it was interesting.
