RRM axleback exhaust discussion thread
Thank you
! I did install it myself and it might be that I slipped it up farther on the little rubber mounts to get it just the way I liked it. And those little mounts are a bytch to get on and off but I wrestled it till they where were I wanted them. Plus I spit on them to lube them up so they would slide easier.
So... all those new mufflers, exhausts, springs, can anyone provide some real numbers of performance improvements? Is it all just for looks and peppier sound or does this improve performance significantly?
As far as the springs go, I don't think I would want to drop the new Lancer as roads in NJ leave a lot to be desired.

Dont get into the numbers thing, just shut the front door (Lawlz@SoYouThinkYouCanDance) now and save yourself the reeming everyone is gonna give you lol.
And to me it looks like the prototype had a thicker tip... get your mind out of the gutter. Honestly though, did you change the exhaust tip between proto and release or is it angles? i like the proto one all around better...
And showtime youre saying you did paint it?

No I didnt paint it RRM did before they sent it to me. When I purchased it Rob asked if it was alright that they painted it and I said "SURE!". But thanks for the compliments. And the tip is the one that came on it but some people on the boards were saying that they would have liked a bigger tip so RRM must have went with consumer input. And Yes I am here lancer89 I will check on the video for you but I cant promise anything most of my buddys are single party animals and if the did have a video camera I not sure I would want to touch it
