I dont have much experience in this area but what if you got a fautly product. maybe throwing on your old wires and seeing if it still shakes would be a good idea.

i ran the problem through auto tech i am pretty sure you got the wires in the right order because there is only two wires so it says try some sea foam your fuel might have water in it or injectors clogged

MAS = mass airflow sensor.

sounds like it very well could be a vacuum leak... if you did the plugs 200 miles ago that's just strange that they'd cause a problem now. pull them out, check the gap and stick them back in. what brand and type did you use btw?

a easy way to check vacuum lines is to spray carb cleaner on the item you think you have a leak from. if you have a leak the car will rev up since it will suck in the carb cleaner which is combustible.

my car ran like this when i had a vacuum leak. not sure how i did it, but i broke the hose that travels from my FPR on my fuel rail to the intake manifold. check any smaller hoses like that which could have just degraded and cracked over time.

go back and check ALL connections even close to wire install, did you touch anything else? not having a tube connected right could be an issue. check all vacuum.
