100k miles on lancer
Over 100k miles on Lancer
Well, not sure if I have the most, but I bought my 02 OZ lancer brand new in 01, still have it until this day, did the normal maintenance-oil change/filter, brake pads, clutch, etc. with 207,000 miles on the same engine/tranny now.
i bought my oz in june of '03. brand new with 11 miles on it when i drove it home... had over 130k miles on the original engine. i only recently replaced the motor in mine due to not thinking about the fact that CAI and deep water puddles do not like each other.... up until that, i had not had to replace anything on my car except brake pads and tires. still have original accessory belt and alternator belt. stock battery, alternator, suspension, and almost everything else. around 112k i finally replaced timing belt, had injectors cleaned, and replaced spark plugs. still original wires and coil packs. around 115-120k clutch died on me... imo, mitsubishi has done me quite well.

Bought my 02 back in the end of 03 with like 34K miles...its at 138K + and still going strong.
Only routine maintenance...only failure was the front end links which have now been replaced with energy suspension links instead. TEIN coilovers to come

i'm at about 240,000km (~150,000miles)
03 ES, bought it brand new in 2002...
Had issues with wheel bearings for the first 150,000km (went through about 6-7 bearings), then found a jobber bearing that seems lasts...
My clutch has been annoying me since the beginning...still waiting for it to give out on me...
Mobil 1 synthetic w/ new filter every 5k-6k km...
A/C started giving me trouble recently, hopefully only needs a recharge
Starting to have rust problems, but then again, never done any rustproofing on it...
other than that, ****ing awesome car...especially considering I've put it through a rallycross and a whole bunch of nav rallies... lots of sideways mileage on bumpy gravel roads...
Buying an Impreza next spring, hopefully it will be as good as the Lancer...
Depending on how the Lancer is doing by that time, I might convert it to a rally car...

112K on my Lancer Es 04, Got it at about 40k. Regular maintenance/fluids very 3-5k miles. Transmission feels a little rough during drive but still breathing..
EGR Valve and MAP Sensor had to be replaced at around the 105 mark.

Well there are a few things I should mention about my old lancer engine. I feel confident that it would have made it to 300k miles but the original timing belt snapped at 180k. I had some head work done to it and the belt replaced but that engine was doomed after the belt snapped. Do proper maintenance on the car and it can last for a very long time.
199,000 miles on my '03 oz owned since new. only minor problems with wheel bearings and the a/c compressor clutch which i was able to just replace the coil (only $50) instead of a new compressor. Done all oil changes every 3k miles, timming belt at 100k, original clutch still in car (I do 130 miles on the highway everyday). Would like to buy a new car but I have no reason to get rid of this one, plus no car payments since '08
