Motor mounts Question

Hi guys. Just installed my RRM motormounts this weekend. Everything is in snug and just looking at the two you can tell that it is much stiffer. My question is that in idle the car vabrates with the engine. After you start going though the vibration leaves. I figure that this is normal but wanted to ask you guys if it was. Also will there be less vibration if I put the stock pulley back on? Will it make that much of a difference? I really don't want to I like my pulley. Any hints or help will be great.

They are solid motor mounts. They aren't made to absorbe the vibration. It is normal. There is less absorbsion on the engine movement. This basically reduces wheel hop. Everything is normal.
