The starter kit is just that, a starter kit, it's not complete. If you want a complete kit, you need either their non-intercooled or their intercooled kit. I would suggest you read the links in my sig before modding your car. I had a lot of money (ie. enough to buy a turbo kit) into my lancer and it was still slow as *****.

The tweeker/starter kit is a waste of money. It's so incomplete at that price, that for a little bit more you could have their complete kit.

Well, it's a good kit for certain people. Some folks complain about certain components, so the tweaker kit lets them pick and choose what they want to use. As for price, I don't know of any alternative other than custom, so it is what it is...

Just keep your eyes open. Turbo kits seem to go up for sale pretty regularly.
