cause we lose 10hp from factory. The pzev header is the main reason y we lose those 10hp. so with new headers it eliminates that extra stupid cat that makes us pzev.

RRM Header or Exhaust ?

Hi I am a newbie here and considering doing my first mod (except that i have the drop-in filter). Which one, from RRM header or exhaust will give more noticable gain? I prefer overall response over just the peak gain. Thanks.

header will give you more gain. but if you want to max out you will need exhuast and intake.

HEader seems to have best impact so far of the bolt on we have done. Piggy also represented the most noticable gain. It is important to understand that the most noticable mods are giving improvements to power over a large rpm range. Header is one of those mods.

Since you're in Vancouver, I believe you'll need a regular RRM header. PZEV headers are for cars that came with ~very~ strict emissions requirements to meet (i.e. California cars, and a few select other areas around the US). Fitting a PZEV header to a non-PZEV car won't give you any more HP than fitting the regular RRM header to your car.

Hoping April 1 as long as I get the donor dude and we can get parts. THis week we should get the info we need then a clamp has to be designed and produced. For guys coming to the thread late, remember the FED header is out already and in stock. IT is the PZEV version that is taking longer.
