i ordered the 4B11 header and it's going to get professional installation (i'm bad at mechanics). the problem is that bolt hole dimensions are inconsistant. i tried to fit the holes around the pipes with the bolts that comes with the package, but many of them definitely need a great deal of filing. is it normal? what is the diamenter for the stock exhuast manifold bolts and i am worreid that i got an defective header. Anyone has any idea / suggestion?

No issues at all. A rally car builder called me yesterday. He bought the header. He loves it along with our exhaust. THat is the Exhaust setup he is gonna use on his NEW Rally Car. PZEV has almost all the research done. First tester showed up and a second one with header will go back this week.
