well that is good to know and i hope it only is the cat that is the difference. but anyway rock i would still love to see a nice package deal with a pretuned piggy for those specific mods. but anyway keep us posted on the header, cant wait till its out as well as the v2 intake.

That is pretty much correct. Something with your car is the problem. Not PZEV though. There are just too many folks without issues. Anyway, back to header. PRoper fit is an issue we have played with for a few days now but we are pretty sure we have the right solution to that now. It relates to the flat gaskets vs. spring loaded **** ring style connections. THere is a lot going on there.

Awesome pics, and what do you mean evo monster by lost of high end and torque.

Also, RRM I see no O2 Sensor Bung on those headers or EGR pipe connection? I am checking out the 08 manual and the exhuast manifold on the PZEV and Fed are very different and PZEV uses 3 O2 sensors (1 before precat, 2 after just like Fed) while Fed uses 2.
How will these headers be compatible with both systems?

Wow - I just read as well that PZEV doesn't even have a resonator; it goes from cat 1 all the way to the cat in the back right before the huge exhaust box.

That things looks ruff as $@*! Looks like the remnants of a recycled 1980 Huffy bicycle.

Are you sure this thing is gonna add power?
