Seen some N1's on youtube with other 4 bangers, and with that coffee can latched onto the back of this disgraceful "muffler", which I may say it doesn't muffle much.... The thing sounds like rice in a can...wait it is a can, just on the back of your car...until someone posts a vid with our lancers, I am very reluctant to buy it.

Me, myself and I want a muffler thats not annoyingly loud but lets some weight and a bit of back pressure off it.

A little off topic, but I am definitely leaning towards rrm's axle back as it doesn't sound too loud.

if your not happy with the sound your better off custom making your own exhaust, if you can bring an exhaust that you like from another car you heard, you can capture in most respects the exhaust sound you want. I went thru 4 different mufflers before i found the one I want for the dual exhaust, and 3 mufflers for the single exhaust i am working on now.

Sound and performance are on the top of the food chain together for me

everything is up in the air until i figure out the final versions dyno results, the other prototype results were good but changes in the piping has yielded different results in the dyno profile. But all of these modifications have been done the modiefied, there was no real baseline dyno done on stock. lol sorry when you are counting the pennies in your pocket to buy dyno time, you gotta do what you can.

Lately Mitsu has been just a tiny bit more receptive to my odd requests so hopefully we will have a dyno of a stock car, as well as other brand upgrade parts as soon as everyone can agree on a day to do this. There are not allot of GTS guys out there that have the ***** to keep driving on their stock wheels, or this would be done already.

Another thing slowing things down is that i am working on a single pipe exhaust of the same piping and canister configuration. Same sick tone, same performance.

Sigh.... Social life suffers, tuner life improves, girlfriend jealous of car. Its a Hard life in a one man show.

But your wayy up north.
its damn cold up there. So I could see why there aren't GTS's with stock tires.

Well, I am trying to eliminate as many points of conflict as possible to keep the dyno fair and balanced
