You're right...lets make it a real drivers car: RWD and a manual gearbox!

...FWD isn't a death sentence for performance, man...neither is an auto tranny...or a smaller cubic capacity.

Its not that much more power and with the extra weight of the slightly larger engine and components the added weight wont make that much of a difference

While the HP & Torque didn't sound a lot, I think the 2.4L will really improve the 0-60 speed.

Also, think about Turbo-ing the 2.4L

Did you buy the car because you liked it or not?

Would you rather be like Chevy and just sell the exact same car for 10 years straight? The grass is always going to be greener, there's always going to be something newer and better and faster. But you hopefully bought your car because you WANTED it. Right?

Make sure to bring lotsa lube. Your dealer will absolutely rip you a new one during the trade in

Cant imagine why people are so enthralled about the 4B12. I would imagine sticking with the 4B11 will payoff in the long run if you are interested in modding your car. Traction control cant be too much of an addition in a 165bhp car, unless you drive on ice a lot. HID's can always be fitted via aftermarket too.

It's an ancient answer: the grass is always greener on the other side.

Granted, I'd also kick in a little bit of "a fool and his money are soon parted," but that's just me.

if anything trade up to the ralliart, not the 09 GTS. It'll be about $3000 more than a fully loaded GTS, (a little more than $50 extra a month for a 5 year loan) but your getting a detuned evo setup.

i know its a good trade for the 09 ralliart. the problem is the insurance goin to liquidate me, cause ralliart is a sports car haha. So if i stick with the 2.4 they wont go up my --s that much LOL.
