Question 02 Lancer Oil Capacity

Does neone know how much oil should i fill in when i have it changed... i just got a used mt one and will be getting the oil changed... just wanted to make sure that the guy at the garage would do it properly...

Also does anyone have an e-copy of the user manual for the 02 lancer oz rally mt? if so could you please send me a link or something from where i cld download it... thanks

4 quarts. The dipstick helps too. You can probably Google a copy of the user's manual OR search these forums.

4 qts, as already said.

You can probably go up to your local dealership and ask nicely for an owners manual. Never hurts to try...

With a filter change, I've never used all 4qts to reach the top of the full mark of the dipstick. Maybe just my car, but there was always like around 1/4 left. But generally speaking, 4qts w/ filter change.

if you can't find an owner's manual go to www.helminc.com i think the owner's manual were $30 which might be cheaper than getting one from the dealers if they don't give you one for free
