crazy. when some dude got his pulley swapped at Road Race his stock pulley showed signs of that groove and he drove less miles than you.

seems to me this "groove" thing isn't exactly an automatic in the OEM-world either.

True. My stock had 25k when I swapped it, though there was a groove, it was not too bad.

So why "mikron15's" question wasn't answered before(lol). Well, to be specific, I mean there is no deep cut that you can feel or worry about. There is a thin line that you can see, but nothing to worry about for a long time. Seriously, people needs to lay back on this pully groove thing or you can always buy RRM pully just to be sure lol

Sorry about the picture quality.

Ok here they are. On this photo you can see that line I'm talking about.

And on this angle you can see It's not that big of a deal. I think.

Man... just read thru this. Good to hear RRM took care of this on their level. Now lets hope Mitsu does as well. I've never seen a seal do this unless they use a type of cup seal or scraper ringed seal.

I'd be interested in someone posting up the seal for us to see. Sometimes our input is better than an engineer looking at it. LOL!

It is for now one now. Made the pulley stronger than the OEM pulley now. All have hardened sleeves now.

Blurry pictures make it hard to tell if there is a line\groove in yours

It will increase throttle response for sure and improve mileage. And no leaks for sure!
