What about clearance?

Is there plenty of clearance, so that nothing rubs, and what about when the engine moves, you know how it moves side to side when its reved and stuff. Sounds great if it fit with no probs but want to make sure nothing rubs.

A handful. Maybe 5 to the wheels.

I'd be a lot more concerned about torque. You'll notice a nice change in your powerband. A lot more torque especially in the mid and high revs. Very nice.
