Don't have an answer to your question

ultimately, the dealer + reps could give you some grief in case you have a problem.

I asked this before and never got an answer, Will a short shifter increase both the crispiness and the speed one can shift?

The car in question would be the EVO
Thanks

a short throw shifter will not void your warranty, but...
if you have a tranny problem or something that can be related to the shifter a dealer can opt not to cover the prob under warranty.
(work for dealer)

well... according to law...it shouldnt void warranty... but most likely a dealer wont fix it after you do something like that.. and it would be dumb to get a lawyer... the lawyer fee will cost more then fixing a problem on the car... well..thats my thought...
