Lancer es 04 exhaust

Well i want a new exhaust for my lancer first real performance mod, have cold air intake but yeah. well i like the idea of twin tips one each side at the back symmetrical. i was thinking the 'Single Tip Oval VAREX' one each side, i havent spoken to any local exhaust shops yet just thought i would hear your thoughts first

So do you mean two mufflers, dual exhaust or single muffler with twin tips?

Either way I don't really care for it to be honest...

I dunno how practical it would be, because you'd have to have a split in the exhaust somewhere along the way since the header is a single outlet. I could be wrong, but the added weight probably would offset any gains you might be achieving. Mufflers are heavy. That and that would be a bit of custom work to fab up.

I could also be wrong, but I believe the 08+ lancers have a single muffler with two tips.

Again, I could be mistaken about that.

It's only the evo X that has a dual exhaust

Just get a regular exhaust
