Ok I finally got it to work. My ilde is now at 725 and the car pulles hard enough that I can feel the difference without it being tuned. All I have to do now is swap the cam and tune it.

Glad to see you got it running right. What was causing the high idle?

The BISS screw had alot of carbon on the last couple of threads so it made it feel like the screw was all the way down. I was in the process of putting the old tb back on and noticed that. After it was clean it close the air passage and I went from there.
