NOOB needs intake recommendation for 2010 Lancer GTS M/T

Just leased my first Mits (couldn't afford to finance quite yet) and want to do some minor mods on it. I've been looking around forums and elsewhere but can't find any info on applicable intakes for the new 2010's, only 2009.

I have an Octane Blue 2010 Lancer GTS m/t (2.4L), and my first upgrade will be an intake for it. Any recommendations?? SRI vs CAI?? Brand??? I was thinking about K&N sri but thats only because I saw people recommend that for an '08. I actually have no idea what the heck I'm doing. So any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

There will not be much of a difference between short ram and cold air intakes. The same thing goes for the brand name.

+1^^

but if you really want more good info look in the next section down in the "lancer forums" for the 07-??? new lancers. there are a lot of guys there with more knowledge of the newer lancers than most of us. i mean dont get me wrong we know our lancers, but they would have more info.

I agree dont do anything to a car that is leased , leasing is like borrowing a car , even if your intent is to keep the car...
