RRM Ported Intake Manifold

Just wondering if anybody has gotten the RRM ported intake manifold and done an install yet. Just curious to see how it went and what it involved. Also if there is anything I should know since I got mine about a week ago and just ordered up new gaskets today. An info would be cool.

i dont think this should be in forced induction but i could be wrong, anyway, there was a post last week i believe about the install, its not all that fun, moslty because of the tight space to work in, so just search for a few minutes and you should find a thread on this install

Just finished mine last night. Took about 4 or 5 hours over two days, day 1 being taking the whole thing out, and day 2 being swapping everything to the new one and installing it. Ran into a few obstacled that were pretty much self inflicted. Only one thing being and i talked to Rob about this, on the new one there is a peice that come out of the throttly body part of the manifold that was actually longer than my stock peice, which made it impossible to bolt up that black brace that bolt between the manifold and the cylinder head. Wierd. At any rate, we just eliminated that and all was well. Only other problem would be that i have to play with the throttle cable tension becuase my obd II scanner throws a high RPM idle code every once in a while, i think i fixed it today for good tho. As far as performance goes, i have stock intake and so its not gonna help as much at high rpm i can hear my ram air funnel trying to suck in more air than possible so i need to free that up. 2nd gear seems a lot nicer tho. and for RR, i'll be sending my core back tomorrow 11/3. any questions anyone has just put in a reply and i'll do my best to help out.
