Where is the OBD-2 port? Need to reser service engine light.

I have a 2008 Lancer ES. Service Engine Soon Light is on. I have an OBD-2 Tool but I don't know where the OBD port is. Can you please help me? Thanks.

I found it. My obd-2 Tool would not connect, gave me a link error message, so I'll just disconnect the battery.
